2. Uppgifter vi behandlar
Besök på webbplatsen. Webbservern loggar IP-adress, tidpunkt, begärd sida, svarskod och webbläsartyp för varje anrop. Loggen används för drift, felsökning och säkerhet.
Supportformuläret. Namn, e-postadress, e-postadressen du använder i XBB Configurator, bilmodell, årsmodell, originalbelysning, växellåda, registreringsnummer, inkopplad belysning, inköpsställe och din beskrivning av felet. Med inlägget sparas också IP-adress, webbläsartyp, vilken sida formuläret skickades från och tidpunkt.
Ansökan om plats på återförsäljarkartan. Företagsnamn, kontaktperson, adress, e-postadress, telefonnummer, webbadress och beskrivning av verksamheten, med samma tekniska uppgifter som ovan. De uppgifter du lämnar om företaget publiceras därefter som en markör på kartan.
Bokning av receptutläsning. Namn, e-postadress, bilmodell, årsmodell, registreringsnummer, önskad tid, e-postadressen du använder i appen och dina svar på formulärets frågor, med samma tekniska uppgifter som ovan.
Identifierare för formulär. När du öppnar en sida med formulär sparar din webbläsare ett slumpat identitetsnummer, kakan _wpfuuid. Den används för att koppla ihop ett formulärinlägg med den webbläsare det skickades från och för att skilja verkliga inlägg från skräppost.
Inbäddat innehåll. Sidor med film bäddar in YouTube, startsidan visar vårt Instagram-flöde och kartsidorna hämtar kartrutor från OpenStreetMap. Webbplatsens typsnitt hämtas från Google. När sådant innehåll laddas får leverantören din IP-adress, webbläsartyp och vilken sida du är på. YouTube sätter egna kakor redan när sidan laddas. Vi använder ingen besöksstatistik och inga kakor för marknadsföring.
Receptlistan. Sidan med kompatibla bilmodeller hämtar listan från vår egen tjänst. Inga personuppgifter skickas dit, bara en förfrågan om innehållet.
Skript och bilder från andra tjänster. Webbplatsen hämtar tabellskript från cdn.datatables.net, kartskript från unpkg.com och en del bilder från Dropbox. De sätter inga kakor, men leverantören får din IP-adress och webbläsartyp när filen hämtas. Formulär med telefonnummerfält slår upp vilket land du befinner dig i hos WPForms, geo.wpforms.com, som får din IP-adress för uppslagningen.

Att lämna uppgifter är frivilligt. Utan e-postadress och en beskrivning av ärendet kan vi inte svara dig, och utan registreringsnummer och fordonsuppgifter kan vi inte ta fram rätt recept.
4. Mottagare
Webbplatsen körs hos Amazon Web Services i Stockholm. Utgående e-post skickas med Amazon SES i samma region. Webbplatsens säkerhetsskydd och synkronisering sköts av Automattic, som driver Jetpack. Inbäddat innehåll hämtas från Google, som driver YouTube och Google Fonts, Meta, som driver Instagram, och OpenStreetMap Foundation. Skript och bilder hämtas dessutom från cdn.datatables.net, unpkg.com och Dropbox, och landsuppslagningen för formulärens telefonfält görs hos WPForms.
Google och Meta är etablerade i USA. Överföringen sker med stöd av EU-kommissionens beslut om adekvat skyddsnivå för deltagare i EU-US Data Privacy Framework, i andra hand standardavtalsklausuler. Vi säljer aldrig uppgifter och lämnar dem inte vidare för marknadsföring.

Privacy notice for the website www.xbb.se
1. Controller and contact
Innoware Development AB, registration number 556790-2977, Hyttvägen 13, 733 38 Sala, Sweden, is the controller for the processing described here. Questions about privacy and requests to exercise your rights go to privacy@innoware.se with Privacy in the subject line.
This notice covers the website. The XBB account, the XBB Configurator app and xbb-code.com are covered by the privacy notice for the XBB system, available at xbb.se/docs. You cannot create an account on the website, and the website shows no data from your XBB account.
2. Data we process
Visits. The web server logs the IP address, time, requested page, response code and browser type of every request. The log is used for operation, troubleshooting and security.
Support form. Name, e-mail address, the e-mail address you use in XBB Configurator, car model, model year, original lighting, gearbox, registration number, fitted lighting, place of purchase and your description of the problem. The entry is stored together with the IP address, browser type, the page the form was sent from and the time.
Application for the dealer map. Company name, contact person, address, e-mail address, telephone number, web address and a description of the business, with the same technical data as above. The company details you provide are then published as a marker on the map.
Booking a recipe reading. Name, e-mail address, car model, model year, registration number, preferred time, the e-mail address you use in the app and your answers to the form’s questions, with the same technical data as above.
Form identifier. When you open a page with a form, your browser stores a random identifier, the cookie _wpfuuid. It links a form entry to the browser it was sent from and helps separate genuine entries from spam.
Embedded content. Pages with video embed YouTube, the front page shows our Instagram feed and the map pages fetch map tiles from OpenStreetMap. The website’s fonts are fetched from Google. When such content loads, the provider receives your IP address, browser type and the page you are on. YouTube sets its own cookies as soon as the page loads. We use no visitor statistics and no marketing cookies.
Recipe list. The page with compatible car models fetches the list from our own service. No personal data is sent there, only a request for the content.
Scripts and images from other services. The website fetches a table script from cdn.datatables.net, a map script from unpkg.com and some images from Dropbox. They set no cookies, but the provider receives your IP address and browser type when the file is fetched. Forms with a telephone field look up your country at WPForms, geo.wpforms.com, which receives your IP address for the lookup.

Providing data is voluntary. Without an e-mail address and a description we cannot answer you, and without the registration number and vehicle details we cannot find the right recipe.
4. Recipients
The website runs at Amazon Web Services in Stockholm. Outgoing e-mail is sent with Amazon SES in the same region. Security protection and synchronisation are handled by Automattic, which operates Jetpack. Embedded content is fetched from Google, which operates YouTube and Google Fonts, from Meta, which operates Instagram, and from the OpenStreetMap Foundation. Scripts and images are also fetched from cdn.datatables.net, unpkg.com and Dropbox, and the country lookup for the forms’ telephone field is made at WPForms.
Google and Meta are established in the United States. Transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for participants in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and otherwise on standard contractual clauses. We never sell data and never pass it on for marketing.

6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. We normally answer within one month and may need to verify your identity. No decisions about you are made automatically. You may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY, www.imy.se.
