What information about you do Innoware Development AB collect and hold?

Depending on your type of inquiry with Innoware Development AB we may collect and hold personal information about you including

• Your contact information including name(s), address, email, telephone number(s) and your demographic information (such as postcode, age and gender)
• Product purchase information such as purchase date, purchase details, serial number registration, recipe installation and signals used by the recipe downloaded and installed within our service(s). 
  Why we need above information is listed below and we would like to inform you that only your email address is mandatory to use our product(s) or service(s).

Email – Mandatory to login and register an account. 
Name(s) – To address the person by name when sending technical and other information by email. 
Address – In warranty matters to send new or refurbish product(s) and spare parts. 
Telephone number(s) – To contact person directly in support matters or other technical information that is required to keep the product up to date and safe. 
Purchase information, serial number, recipe and signals used by the recipe downloaded is collected to facilitate and give the user a better experience with the product in support cases.

User agreement – Terms of Use

By register an account and using our product(s) mobile App and recipes you, the user agree to the following: 

• We do not claim ownership of your own written recipe(s), but you grant us a license to use it 
  Nothing is changing about your rights in your recipe(s). We do not claim ownership of your recipe(s) that you write and you are free to share your recipe(s) with anyone else, wherever you want. 
  However, we need certain legal permissions from you (known as a “license”) to provide this service. When you share, download, or upload recipes that is covered by intellectual property rights on or in connection with our service(s), you hereby grant to us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensee, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your recipe(s). This license will end when your recipe(s) is deleted from our system. You can delete recipe(s) individually or all at once by deleting your account.
• You agree that we can download and install updates to the service on your device.

Recipe Removal and Disabling or Terminating Your Account.

• We can remove any recipe(s) or information you share or use on the service(s) if we believe that it violates these Terms of Use or if we are required to do so by law. 
  We can refuse to provide or stop providing all or part of the service(s) to you (including terminating or disabling your access to the service(s)and our products) immediately to protect or service(s) or if you create risk or legal exposure for us, violate these Terms of Use.
• We can without any notice remove recipes that do not fulfill our standard or may create hazard to end-user(s).

Who is responsible if anything happens.

• We will use reasonable skill and care in providing our service(s) to you and in keeping a safe, secure, and error-free environment, but we cannot guarantee that our service(s) will always function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections. Provided we have acted with reasonable skill and care, we do not accept responsibility for: losses not caused by our breach of these Terms or otherwise by our acts; losses which are not reasonably foreseeable by you and us at the time of entering into these Terms.
• We can not be responsible for any third-part changes in software that we do not have control over, or changes that we can not by the time for accepting these Terms foresee.
• It is the user or the person who makes the final installation in the vehicle who is responsible for ensuring that the installation meets all local requirements and rules required to obtain a safe and reliable installation.
• We are not responsible for third party damage(s) to property(s) or person(s) as a result of incorrect use of our service(s) or product(s), nor are we responsible for damage that occurs to our product(s) where installation instructions have not been followed or if the product(s) has been used incorrectly.
